Available Office Space

Located in East Bremerton, the Eastwood Building is on the bus route and is two miles from the ferry terminal. There are forested trails and parks within walking distance of the office. The building shares on-site security with an adjacent building. There is no elevator in the building; however, parking is available on both levels with a handicap ramp. There is ample free parking available on both levels. 

We have private offices available for sublease in our 1,024-square-foot office suite. We remodeled the office to create a warm, inviting space for our therapy practices. This suite is ideal for mental health practitioners or telehealth healthcare practitioners in need of private office space. WIFI and utilities are included in the rental rate. 

Currently, we do not have any availability for single-day use in a fully furnished office. We are open to single-day use only in a furnished office. Please contact us directly at 602-740-8186 to discuss your needs.

We do have one office space available for full-time use. It is a smaller, unfurnished office that is 71 square feet. 

The first office is a corner office with 108 square feet (12' x 9'). This office features three attached, upper bookshelves for storage. There are two large windows in this office that provide natural light. We are asking $700 per month for this office.

The second office is 120 square feet (12' x 10'). It also features a large window. There is an open shelf in this space for personal belongings or décor. We are asking $700 per month for this office.

The third office is also square feet (12' x 9'). This office does not have windows. There are three upper cabinets for personal storage. We are asking $650 per month for this office.

The fourth office is a smaller office at 71 square feet (8' x 9'). This space is offered at a reduced rate as an affordable option. It has been used as an in-person space and is also perfect for someone who primarily offers telehealth sessions. We are asking $425 for this office.

The largest office space available features a private entrance from the main hallway. It is 143 square feet (13.5’ x 10.75’). There are two hanging bookshelves in this office. The suite’s common area is accessible via a second door into the private hallway. We are asking $825 per month for this office.

The suite’s total square footage is 1024. The suite features a private waiting room and two private bathrooms. There is also a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and microwave. Rent will include the use of common areas, Wi-Fi, and all utilities. Each clinician is responsible for keeping their private office clean. Each clinician must have slip-and-fall coverage as part of their professional insurance policy.
